It was always Dime Bars and Turkish Delight for me when I did WW...oooh, and 'Fab' ice lollies, which I think are 1.5 points each!

I'm going to dig my WW books out I think and try and follow that - I think you allow an extra few points if you are b/f. According to the health visitor though, I should aim to lose a maximum of 1lb per week, as losing weight too quickly could compromise my milk supply (chance would be a fine thing, I could feed the whole neighbourhood at the moment lol!).

Snaggles - you can have LOADS more points when bf - and perhaps your bod has gone right, time to calm down and so held on to a bit of weight this week, but overall you'll have lost? Does that make any sense? lol

Hush up you lot about curly wurlys and turkish delight, I'm on a low day which means not much more than vegetable juice and salad for me. I love curly wurlys, especially the little packs of squiggles you used to be able to get. Not seen them in ages though.

Spud you little superstar, 5lbs is fab, well done. Well done to everyone this week, we've already lost 43lbs between us and there are still loads of people to post weights.
