Right, this morning was weigh in for me - I'm thrilled and amazed to say I've lost 5lbs :j :j

My plan for the next week is to make an effort to eat breakfast every day and drink more water

WOW spud - that's fantastic -well done!

I'll join you on the drinking more water - I've had 2 cups of tea but only half a glass of water. Aim to drink my 2l bottle worth today.

I haven't lost anything this week, I didn't expect to really because of all the cheating I did earlier in the week, but I've been sooo good the last couple of days, so hopefully it will be better news next week.

I managed to drink 2 litres of water yesterday but I was on the loo all day :rolleyes: so I might try 1.5 litres today instead.

Natasha on the other hand has just had her weigh in, and has put on 1lb 8oz!! :T

Dinner cottage cheese pancakes with chorizo and pepper salsa 5.5pts
Snack iced gems 1.5pts
total inc milk 21.5pts :j
