damn those chocolates - I suppose I did cheat a little as I sprinkled some cheese on my spaghetti & waffles but thats me for today and I have drunk GALLONS on water

Well when I get a spare few hours I will read it from the beginning. In the meantime I'd like to join in. Ive lost 1st 2lb in 7 weeks at Slimming World. Weight loss this week was 3lb :j

I think I've done OK today.

Breakfast - a Go Ahead bar
Mid morning - grapes
Lunch - 2 small low fat sausages, wedges and low sugar baked beans (school dinner)
Dinner - lemon sole, vegetables and a dollop of tartare sauce

Doing my best to drink plenty of water

Ok confession time - I've had a Turkish Delight which isn't too bad but...........................it gets worse .......................




I'm having fish and chips for tea Really sorry and ashamed of myself but I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED them. Honestly I do and at least I've confessed, I've only had Weetabix for my breakfast and for lunch, lol, I'm trying to justify myself here :rotfl: :rotfl:

I dont know Weller.

Part of me thinks he'll be far too busy to give us a second thought, but part of me thinks he'll be dying to know how we're getting on with the challenge.

I hope he's OK though, and eating plenty
