    Good Morning all.

Thought I would report for duty!

Although I didn't have a great food evening last night :o Some french bread pizza and a bag of Minstrals :o but I had a hospital appointment which involved a camera up my nose and it was the 1st anniversary of my Aunt's death. So not a good day and some lovely comfort food was had.

However that was yesterday. Today I have had weetabix, I'm going to have a salad for lunch (left my packed lunch at home  ) and then I'm having grilled chicken which homemade roast pepper and tomato sauce :A All very good and healthy!! But boy to I need it if I'm going to lose anything this week.

So other than buying lunch and posting a few Amazon parcels that is all I am spending today. So hopefully will be low spend and I'm staying in tonight and having a early night as I am shattered which will mean I can't pick at food in the evening :D
    Current debt - £16,300 :(

Morning everyone, firstly thanks Keren (my personal chef) the fish was yummy. I'm al fired up for day two, I might eat a bit less fruit today though, my tummy is feeling a bit delicate. I've got tons in though so I'll have to work my way through it.

I'm going to have a bash at breakfast this morning, I'm not a morning eater at all but I keep hearing it's really important so once all of the kids are in school I'll have something.

So far my meal plan looks like this

    Breakfast - museli
    Lunch - tuna salad
Dinner - chicken breast (no skin) green beans,a few new potatoes and carrots.
    pudding - fruit salad.

1/2 pint of skimmed milk for tea and coffee

For exercise I'm going to do 30 mins on thigh trainer, and this evening I will dig out a workout dvd. I've also got to learn a part for a recording session so I'll do a good couple of hours playing (that should burn a bit).

Karen - I want your menu today - that sounds sooooo yummy :D

I have my shopping list already to go tonight and the total is £33.17 (there I have said it so I must stick to it) HOWEVER, I might add a little of the above and have karen's menu tomorrow

Other than shopping and possibly petrol which are both budgeted for I'm hoping for an NS day :D

  • Hi there,

I know I'm a bit late but could I join in?

I have a lot of weight to lose (around 6 stone ) so anything to get me started. At the moment my diet is bad and I'm not exercising so this should kick start me to sort out both.

I won't be able to post my food for the next week or so as hubby is going into hospital (he's donating a kidney to his cousin - mind you I'm pretty stressed about it all so I probably won't be eating anything :T) but I will try and post my loss weekly if I can.
