I need to lose weight for my wedding in September.
This could be the very [STRIKE]bullying[/STRIKE] encouragement I need :j
I think you were right the first time Angela hun - bullying :rotfl:
I happened to mention on the farewell party thread this morning about having a drink with them all tonight, and I was pounced upon because there was no wine mentioned in my diet diary for today
As a result, I'm here seeing them off with a glass of water :rotfl:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Me too please!!
Need to lose weight big style!!
I know the facts & logic etc but need big boot up the backside to do it!
Also have hair colour dithers every couple of months so I think I may fit in!!
My own theory is that it is cheaper to be slim, 'cos you need less sun tan lotion for a start!!
Will post meal plan tomorrow, but I will probably include the odd topple or two to keep me at least half sane!!

ROger that. They're not the ones Im thinking about but I would imagine one would be the same as the other. Youve tried diuretics though yes? Check me out eh, Dr Len.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Anyway, morning girlies (and lenny and Z).
Today is another day, tomorrow has gone, so anyone who fell off the diet wagon, forget it and start again.
Not sure what I am going to eat today - we have nothing in, but it will be weetabix for breakfast with semi-skimmed milk..
Anyone got any ideas for a slimming world lunch?Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Oh dear - just jumped on the scales (no that's a lie - I got on very gently in case I broke them!!) shock horror - 10lbs heavier than a month ago -pre holiday!!
I've not really planned for this weight loss, so will have to have a good store cupboard & freezer check tonight to work it out, 'cos not going to buy in extra!
Breakfast will be same as sammy plus banana on the way to work!
Lunch provided at work - will report back later

Morning Sammy,
Dunno a great deal about Slimming World I'm afraid. I'm going to have a small bowl of cereal with semi skimm milk before I go to work, and for lunch I'm going to have a chicken sandwich and packet of quavers. Don't really drink much water, but I do drink diet coke so I'll have plenty of that instead.
Feeling very positive! Good Luck to all the slimmers!!xxx
