Lenny v the girls (+ Z, lmw and James) challenge lose the fat and the debt

Count me in peeps.
Been loosing weight since Jan as was a bridesmaid last week but still have a stone and a half to loose
Excercise is my big problem though:o

So, I will start. I am setting myself £15 per week out of my food budget for my diet food which the rest of the family might not eat. I have weighed in this morning at 9st 13 lbs, which might not sound much but my fighting weight is 7st 8. I'm very petite under all of the flab, so I really am in the same boat as the taller, larger framed ladies.
