    Urrrggghhhh....I feel crap.......I think I am having my first period since Natasha was born, I've got those awful cramps that run down through your back and the tops of your legs. :(

    I'm sure that qualifies as an excuse for chocolate cake....:confused::D

    Thanks for that Zed, feel a bit _pale_ now after the pig swill comment but relieved we've stopped eating junk.

    As for the food going up in price, we'll just have to carry on eating well, but less of it - wont do us any harm ;)

    Re junk food, food prices etc, there is a strong probability that ALL food that is meat based is going to go up in price courtesy of the latest foot & mouth scenario. Add to that the fact that veg prices are also slated to go up because of the c**p weather - then we are in for a lean time ahead!

    hi all.......:o

    kind of been around for the last few days but more on the edges rather than being part of stuff.

    Stayed the same when I weighed myself on Sunday, but I'm sure things like the luncheon meat sandwiches I've just eaten aren't helping (good example of the eat junk - be junk mantra)

    Having a bit of a 'functioning' rather than 'living' phase at the moment so trying not to go too mad food wise.
