Morning all.
Well I only put on 1/2 a pound last night which I was pleased with. Going to stick with the plan and loose something this week. I've had a good start with tinned Spagetti and egg on toast, I have loads of fruit in the office with me and a cheese salad for lunch.
Will probably be having a jacket potato for dinner this evening.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Well done Lucy :T sounds like you were expecting a gain,so 0.5lb is very good
good luck with the plan this week and hope you get a good loss next week :A
