It's what part of the cow that doesnt bare thinking about Lucy.

They wont recognise their lunch boxes next week - no crisps and biscuits - it'll be yoghurt and fruit from now on.

I hear kids all the time saying they've had chocolate for breakfast. At least I've never been that bad, we've always been a cereal house ;)

Yep cereal or toast, much healthier. I personally don't eat burgers unless they are quorn ones. I can cope with mushroom!

I can't wait to have another cereal other than weetabix.... I dream about special K sometimes....

I'm not keen on Weetabix, I have Shredded Wheat.

Is Special K not allowed? You'd think being one of the healthy cereals it would be OK.

I've got a confession while I'm here - we're having pizza and wine tonight. My hubby is having a difficult few days - he was attacked at work the other night and is having panic attacks, so we're having a one off treat to try help him feel better.

    Thanks girls.

He's OK, but he's having trouble sleeping. He went up and down the stairs about 10 times last night, he knew he should be in bed, but he kept panicking and couldn't sleep. I've told him to have a word with our doctor next week, if he's no better.

The joys or working in retail ehh

Oh and the wine was fantastic, but neither of us really enjoyed the pizza.

It's very strange, we used to make pizza all the time, we used exactly the same ingredients as we always did, but we both found that it tasted really greasy.

Maybe our taste buds are changing after 3 weeks doing SW.

The difference is cost of healthy and unhealthy food is awful, I know that there are some kids in my area who don't realise that beef burgers are made from cows!!!!

    How sad is that!

Did you not see that Jamie Oliver thing?

Really sorry to hear that. Yet another indication of life in this country.
