I would guess not, have eaten a big bag of maltersers and some caramell short cake bites today. Not very good and definately NOT Slimming world.

Evening everyone,thought I'd better tell you all that I lost.................4.5lbs tonight :j :j :j :j :j :j can't get over it,after the last couple of very small gains for no reason,i was sure tonight would be another gain! just kept standing on the scales staring at the screen in total disbelief
