    Have you thought about having crumpets instead spud? only around 70 calories (1 point on WW) each and give a sort of bread satisfaction,but more filling so need less ;)

    I'm doing slimming World LIH, not sure how many Syns are in a crumpet - mind you isnt it the law that you must eat crumpets dripping with butter and strawberry jam :o

    I just had a look on the SW website and crumpets are 4 syns each, but that's without butter and jam :o

    I was craving cake really badly at weekend, wasnt fussy what type but I didnt give in :rolleyes:

    Me too beanie :o just glanced in the fridge and nearly,only nearly,pinched a cube of chocolate,managed to resist,but DH is grunting for a cuppa and i don't think I could open the fridge again without taking some,he can make his own flippin tea :rotfl:
