I havent had bread for over 3 weeks, and would really love a sandwich
Have you thought about having crumpets instead spud? only around 70 calories (1 point on WW) each and give a sort of bread satisfaction,but more filling so need less

Oh sorry spud,don't know much about synsyou are right though,they are yummy with butter and jam,but I have mine with marmite and cheese triangle.mmmmmm!!!!!! mind you,nobody will come near me in this house

I just had a look on the SW website and crumpets are 4 syns each, but that's without butter and jam

Me too beaniejust glanced in the fridge and nearly,only nearly,pinched a cube of chocolate,managed to resist,but DH is grunting for a cuppa and i don't think I could open the fridge again without taking some,he can make his own flippin tea :rotfl:
