Evening everyone
I had my weigh in tonight and I have GAINED AGAIN!!!!!0.5lb on
haven't cheated once and no idea what is going on,leader reckons I have hit a very bad plateau as I am very near goal  she also thinks my new load of tablets could be affecting my loss (or gains!) I am not happy and feel a bit of a failure,my leader was very nice and kept pointing out how much I have lost in total 4.5stone,but at this rate,it is going to be going back on
I know it's only 1.5lbs in total on,but 2 weeks in a row  feel like giving up,but I know I won't,I promise to keep at it and will keep ou posted.

Well, I think we're going to weigh in tomorrow - I cant believe how well hubby has got into SW. It's really helping having him doing it too.
He even wants to keep a chart of our weight loss on graph paper
