If you keep your Yorkshire Terrier in the fridge - the RSPCA may wish to have a word with you...

My dog (she aint a Yorkie) weighs around 12 stone - it would need to be a very big fridge

Hey Tigtag and everyone! My OH got the job! I went out at lunch and celebrated by buying some razors to do my legs! That IS a treat for him, let me tell you!

    Today:
Breakfast: Toast with CAMEMBERT! I know, i know - but it's stinking our fridge out so we're trying to finish it (present from OH's parents who holidayed in France)
Lunch: Tuna salad, muller light, snackajacks, ribena blueberry really light
Dinner: going out. Will eat healthy, but will drink lots of wine!

Congratulations on you OH's new job :T

As for meal out, just enjoy yourself and be as good as you can be.

    So for me today:

    2 weetabix + skimmed milk
    Apple and banana
Cheese salad, followed by fruit salad (it's a day of salads!)
    Yogurt (possible another banana)
    Bacon, egg, chips and beans.

Probably a milky bar for later (but only if I'm good and stick to the above!)

Hoping for another loss on Thursday although I was naughty all day Saturday, was an angel yesterday though. Hopefully that will make up for it!

    Positive thing of the day:
I love my family and have them around me. We are healthy and happy.
    Current debt - £16,300 :(
    Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek:

Well done to Mr Bobbadog on the new job :T

Well, after a week or so doing SW (thanks Lucy for all your help and support) I seem to have managed to lose half a stone

I'm not sure how, because I seem to have eaten more than ever, but hey ho. I'm soooo pleased. I've ordered 2 SW books (the DFW way with Amazon vouchers :D ) which have just arrived, so hours of reading ahead for me.

    Wow!!! Well Done Spud!! :T

I think that's how it works, you are getting so much which keeps your motabalism (?) working so you burn food off quicker. I'm really pleased that it's working for you.

Enjoy the reading and keep trying loads of recipes. Let me know what sort of thing you like and I'll see what I have at home.

    Keep up the good work.

  • spud amazing :j :j keep it up hun

a bit of an up/down day today, been good sa far even though there is cream cakes/cookies/brownies etc all downstairs :rotfl:

however in a training session at work we had to name something you pay every month a service/shopping now i dont shop as teh house shops so i put down my weight payment (after asking my manager will you have to 'declare' it ~ he answered no) anyways in the end we all had to and i cringed but i stuck my head up and said for a weight management scheme. At which some grrr said haha and laughed because i have to pay etc etc at which i snapped back telling her i didnt critasise here for spending almost £100k per 12 years on mc donalds :o anyways the training went on but i did the responsible thing and went back and apologised (it was the store manager and 4 employees inc me) to the manager/trainer. I which conversation he wished me luck and explained he was completing SW :rotfl: better reduced the amount of bacon i put in his sandwiches in the morning now then :rotfl:

good news today ~ my 0% furniture card has arrived but i still cant decide if i should buy it
