    well bad news for me i am already a whole day over quota :rolleyes: so friday i shall be working out for england, also i think i shall have to go back to soup again as i seem to be craving things now and buying more junk from the vendor! its because i am eating bread again :wall: anyways where is everyone? how are you all doing?

    I think we'll probably have to start a new challenge when he comes back - this one is to beat the amount of weight he loses while Lenny is under the waves. He was aiming for 10kgs.

    I will certainly be carrying on with the new regime.

    I like the idea of a challenge it might get me to shift some of this :mad: weight! Being unable to exercise doesn't half crimp what you can do!

    Maybe the next challenge should be "how much more weight can you lose than The Dragon" :rotfl:

    Was out last night for an early bday treat.
    Had a fab meal & check this no pudding!!
    Did have a lot of champange though!!
    Lost 3 1/2 lbs when I weighed on Tuesday so back on track now
