Well, don't quite know how thats happened. Come back off me hols, stepped on the scales and I've lost 5lbs.........
I ate fish and chips constantly, along with wine and chinese. I did do a lot of walking though and ate three meals a day with no snacking.....
hmmmmmmm.
Good to see everyone is doing well. Well done Spud! and PAP for another couple of pounds.

I am in hiding....lol!
I put on 3lbs...then lost 1lb....forgot to weigh myself today......
I was doing so well since I had Tasha, but I've sort of ground to a halt now. The other day I played squash and I was so knackered I could hardly walk.....and I put on 2lbs overnight!
I think it's because Stu is at home all day - I'm not getting out for walks, and I'm not eating healthily through the day, and it's probably only because I'm still feeding Tasha that I'm not piling it on! Hope he gets a job this week...:D"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
