dinner was lush but very heavy so i just got up to do my dvd but i know if i attempt it i will be physically sick... so i pledge to do 2 sets of 30min tom :rotfl:

Sorry about this. But I'm feeling really poo.

My shoes are really uncomfortable and to big, but I can afford any new ones, the ones that do fit need reheeling and I can't afford that either. I'm sat at my desk fighting back tears and I really want a large bar of chocolate which will only make me feel ill.

And I weigh in tomorrow so I am NOT going to be eating any.

Lucy - you are doing amazingly well. Go back and look at those before photos of you at the dress fitting for the wedding youwere bridesmaid at and then remember how amazing you are.

Lucy, the sun is out.....treat yourself to a pair of £1.99 flipflops and walk around pretending to be on the beach! That's what I'm doing, it was either that or wear my winter boots lol.

a question for all you lady's... if you brought some tabs (prescribed) from a different pharmacy, although they are the same pill, same dose, just packaged differently and are round instead of oval can they make you ill? Its just i started my new set today and i brought them in a different chemist and my stomach is awfull and i keep needing the loo it is a side effect with this drug hence you have to build it up ie one a day etc etc but i havent stopped taking them... any advice, i am sure it will settle down i am just worried in case i have a fake batch :rolleyes:

Aww lucy that's really hard hun. There are some really pretty flip flops in the Primark sale for £1. I have been treating myself in La Sensa today. 15 pairs of gorgeous knickers for £15.

The US housing market is in the toilet. And yes, someone has pulled the chain. The "hot spots" on the way up have caught fire and are crashing and burning. As you can see by the fact it was a re-possession.

Florida is one of those "hot spots". Florida actually has more problems than most because of its hassle with insurance. Since the hurricane season a couple of years ago insurance premiums have rocketed, and in many cases its only possible to be insured by the state's "last chance" insurer which is deliberately outrageously expensive. It also has a sink-hole problem which seems to have got worse over the past couple of years.

Lucy, are your shoes drastically too big? Sometimes if there's only a bit too much extra room an insole or heel grip can help, might tide you over til you can afford a new pair

Ok, weighed in - have lost 2 1/4 pounds this week, which makes 2 3/4 so far Reasonably happy with that! Hoping it'll be more of the same next week!

Today:

sugar puffs and banana
soup with wholemeal roll, apple, yoghurt
dinner was beef and cheese omelette with salad
nectarine, orange and banana smoothie
and a bowl of weetos cos I was hungry

Just did my Tae Bo dvd again tho! Really going to try and keep up with that. I'm knackered now, but it's a good kind of knackered :rotfl:

Call me crazy if you like, but we've just put in an offer on a house I've not seen in person!! Ok, I agree, I've lost the plot, but I can't help but be excited.
