    Hiya guys and gals

I don’t know what been the matter with me lately, maybe my lack of enthusiasm with miserable bollox is getting me more down that I think BUT I have been guilty of neglecting you lot AND stuffing my face with every available calorie filled foodstuff that has come my way!!

So, I am making an attempt to pick myself up and dust myself off so to speak and am starting with my apologies to you guys :)

SuperPAP – DON’T worry about that test – if you fail, so what, you’ll do it again and you will pass. Are you insured on your mam’s car? I took all three :o of my driving tests in our car and didn’t feel as pressured as I would have with an instructor.
Mrs S – Sorry about you foot and glad you have not been causing yourself embarrassment today <yet>
Sammy - :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: - I hope I’m not being held responsible
Lucy – BIG HUGS and YES, take the holiday
Z – Do you eat enough? <said in my best nagging voice>
Weller – where are you and how are you?
Sea – How are you, did you get to talk to OH?
Pru – Well done on that win :T
Toto – I love reading your advise, if you ever gave up the drumming this would have to be the field you went into.
Keren – glad you went the whole hog with the meal – you deserved it :D
elentan - enjoy your hol :)

:T:T – well done to all those who lost and for all those that didn’t, don’t worry, there is always next week

I shall now be off to talk myself back into this lark ;)
    Love ya’s lots

    Afternoon all,

Funny old day today, you know we sold the business, well that's all going through ok, and it won't be too long before we get the cash. Now, I've been uhming and ahhing over what to do with it. As you know, I really don't fancy hanging around in the UK for the rest of my life, the weather does my head in. I'd move tomorrow being the creature of impulse that I am. But, as OH keeps pointing out, we do well work wise in this country because we're known and have built a reputation. If we move to another country we have to start all over again as nobody 'who are you? prove yourself'... which could be pretty rough. So, we sort of planned to get him touring with a band who are big enough to do world tours, then it doesn't really matter what country we live in. I don't mind starting over, I'm happy to slog away getting crap gigs, 1 of us doing that is ok, both of us would be bad news.

That said, I've just found the most lovely house in florida. A close friend of mine moved over there a couple of years ago, he spotted this place and sent me the details, he even went and viewed it and did me a virtual tour from his video camera. This house is in a fantastic neighbourhood, almost 0 crime, great schools etc. And to top it all, it's dirt cheap because it's a repossession. Obviously I don't want to take advantage of other people's misfortune but the price is hard to turn down. This house is 5 bed, 3 bathroom, heated swimming pool, spa, study, library and is on the market for $320,000 which is roughly £160,000. I'm dead tempted to hop on a plane.

Tigtag sweetie, I'm sending you a huge (((hug))) to try and cheer you up - you've been doing really well. Sorry you're having a few problems with miserable bollox (makes me chuckle every time I read it), have you talked to him about how you are feeling? I thought talking to my hubby would be pointless, but he's really trying to change his attitude.

If you need to chat ever, you know where I am.....and in a few more weeks I'll be able to leave Natasha - you're not that far from me, we could go and get hammered lol!!

Thanks honey that means a lot

I have tried on many occasions to talk to this man - unfortunately he is the epitome or *always right* so it would only be my fault anyway and to be perfectly blut I dont have the inclination to waste my time.

I'll get over it - I usually do - mug that I am :rotfl:

That  sounds like a good idea ;)

Tigtag - massive hugs hon. I agree about the OH always being right - *sigh*. Hope you manage to sort it to your satisfaction.

I stayed the same at SW class last night. Picked up lots of lovely fresh fruit on the way home though as want to be healthy! :)

Sorry, can't respond to all posts missed - hugs to everyone.
