    Mind you, I did come close to bashing my head on the door :o I don't have the best sense of rhythm in the world...

    I'm hopeless in that particular area too. Kicked the XOH - got kicked by the XOH (she was the OH at the time...) kicked the settee - fell over the settee - banged the wall with a fist.

    It's Billy Blanks Tae Bo volume 1. There's an intro section and three separate half hour work outs.     ohh that looks good ~ so is it just boxing then just given a fancy name? would you recommend it? i love davinas cardio box but its very layed back :rolleyes:

    Yeah, it's pretty active! The time goes pretty quickly though. There's lots of twisting, so I'm hoping for a slinky waist in a few years time :rolleyes: Lots of boxing, some kicking. I tend to go through periods of doing it for a couple of weeks then forgetting it. I'm determined not to this time, I want to do it at least 3 times a week!
