Morning evryone.
Pap- I totally hated the whole learning to drive thing too. However I just love the freedom of being able to drive. Good luck with the test - I hope you get past that and enjoy the extra money and freedom.
Sorry for not posting much over the last couple of days. I am thinking of a house move and been busy with that. On monday I won a hot air balloon ride package and took several hour to come down to earth (terrible pun, I know). Not been too bad with the diet, except for yesterday on a mega house hunt. Was about 20 miles from home and starving and ended up buying crips ( 2 packets:rolleyes: ) in a corner shop. There is no excuse because I knew we were going to be over there for hours. Off for a six mile walk this morning to try and compensate. Did a really good weekly shop this week. Loads of organic fruit and veg - and reduced to 10 -30p a packet/punnet.:A Going to have a cooking session later. Thanks for the giggle about the pasta and slow cooker Sammy.:T

Morning.
Had a good day yesterday, feeling a bit brighter this morning. For those of you who know about my payrise does this sound like a good plan?
Given my depression I really need a holiday (but can't afford one) so I was thinking of saving up the payrise money in a high interest savings account for 2-3 months and then going on a cheap holiday in the sun? I know it's not very DFW but I think I really need to get away from it all!!!
But today I will be eating:
Weetabix + skimmed milk
Fruit
yogurt
Salad and ham
More ham
Grilled Chicken and bacon with Salad and new potato's.
I'm going to try for a no syn day as I weigh in tomorrow night.

Lucy - I think saving and then having a cheap holiday is a great idea. If you wait until the children are back at school - say late September, you will get some great deals. I now book my flights and hotel separately and save a fortune each time.
I think I'm going to draw a line under last night and move on. Ahem. I had a lovely night and the food was delicious. So was the wine. And the banana toffee balls at the end. whoops.
So, today
breakfast: beans on toast
lunch: not sure yet!!
dinner: pork, potato and bean casserole"Stay Wonky":D

New day - again!!
Tried a new tack. I have a tin of slimfast in the cupboard, so I am going to try the slimfast plan... Mainly cos it means I will 'eat' breakfast and lunch.
so todays food is.....
Breakfast - slimfast shake
snack - apple
Lunch - slimfast shake
Dinner/tea - lasagne, (home made) and not in the slow cooker either!
mini cheddars as another snack somewhere in the middle/end....
Not sure if anyone has ever done the slimfast, but i am starving already...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

My best friends boyfriend tried this for a week and was so hungry by the end of the week he binged all weekend! He felt ill most of the time. So please be careful and if you start to feel unwell eat properly as this will be just as good for you.

Morning! Today is going to be tricky for me because I can't go for a long walk due to a sore foot , so will just be doing my usual 40 minutes (to school and back twice). I've got loads of housework to do though, so if Natasha sleeps quite a bit, at least I can burn some calories doing that.
I've earned about 12 exercise points so far this week, trying not to eat them though!
Breakfast was a cereal bar (didn't have time for anything else), lunch is leftover pasta from last night, dinner is going to be possibly a take-away, but my favourite thing from the chinese is vegetables in blackbean sauce, so it's not too bad anyway.
Hope everyone is having a good day. I have managed not to blow any snot bubbles or flash my bangers at the postman so far today......."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
