you would never guess guys... i lost another 2lb :j now this is joy to me as with everything i do i always lose then put it back on... and the best bit i havent done my excersice dvd all week :rotfl: i am beeming
anyways foods today lots of opps
~
breakfast ~ rice crispies with semi skimmed milk
dinner ~ tomato soup (1/2 a can just under), 4 crackers, chese and onion squares and oreo biscuits (didnt like these much but its the first chocolate thing i have had for ages)
tea (i had this in work so its all vending stuff) ~ egg mayo sandwich, fruit cake (didnt finish this and binned 3/4 of it
, muller light and coke zero
calories comsumed = 1535.5 ~ left 119.5 :T
i think this calorie thing will work for me, knowing whats finally in my food is quite shocking... also i am not tempted to pick/try things (the joys of working with food) while at work as you cant really add up the calories in a mouth full of cream scone :rotfl:
sorry i am all happy and upbeat today after yesterday0 -
