    morning everyone,

My weigh in this morning... I've lost 2lbs which is 5 total. It's going to be a hard week for me though, I'm working almost every night this week. It's tough because I'm at the mercy of the food catering lay on. So, I think I'll just do my best and hope I don't put anything on. I'll just have to play harder and burn a bit more if there's pudding:rotfl:

    Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - leafy salad with tuna
    Dinner - stodge with pudding?

    Morning everyone!

Well I have been much better with food this weekend. And I intend to keep it up for the rest of the week.

I got on the scales this morning and I have definately lost something, just need to wait until Thursday to weigh-in properly!

    Today I will be eating:

    Weetabix + skimmed milk
Fresh fruit salad (Apple, pineapple, melon, grapes and Strawberries)
Quorn Sausage and baked bean pie (SW recipe, free on green!)

With fruit as snacks and maybe an aplen bar light or ice lolly as a treat later.... but only if I'm good.

OH was really proud of me yesterday when I suggested we go for a bike ride.... but then the heavens opened so we stayed in! Well there is always next week.

    Morning all

Well I have lost another 1.5lbs. BUT as much as I am :T about it I am kinda narked too. I KNOW that if I had as much discipline at the weekend as I do during the week I would have lost more. Still happy its a loss though :D

    Today will be:
    Brekkie: 2 x cereal bars
Lunch: Tuna Pasta salad with Pitta Bread
Dinner: Homemade Chicken & Noodle Soup (YES, its the soup) with a little crusty bread

Well done to keren and Toto for the loss :)

Well done on your weight losses Toto & Tigtag :T :T :T

Lucy, yours is looking promising, good luck for your weigh in. Mine's tomorrow, and mid-week I'd lost a pound, so I'm just hoping it will stay off.

Thanks to the rain, the school run really was a RUN this morning, and I've got a doctors appointment later, which is a 15 minutes each way, so 1hr 10 minutes walking today.

I've started on my WW points and have so far had toast (ww bread which was very conveniently on offer in Asda the other day), had butter on it, but that's okay, I've counted it! And orange juice.

So 3.5 points consumed so far.....oooh, this is fun!!

I need a good loss to get me motivated again.

But I am feeling slimmer if that's possible!! But I am going to stick with it and I'm actually looking forward to getting on the scales on thursday night.

Ok I am entering the danger period. It is nearly lunchtime and I am NOT going to go to Sainsbury's! I have a lovely fruit salad with me and if I want anything else, I am going to have to either make do or find something cheap in the canteen.

I only spend more than I need to in Sainsburys so I am going to try and cut this down.
