elantan, i dont think i could do anything like that, its not the 'norm' in my family
tigtag, its really really hard for me i have so many issues with food as that has been my focus all through life, so much i wished for my parents to take me swimming/to the park but alas that wasnt the case :rolleyes: i wont give up but knowing due to pcos i could put it all back on in one week doesnt help, i will get there and i will wear my dress but it may take a little longer...
keren29, see as i am on my feet all day running up and down stairs this is a bit false, however could i change it to sedentay so i dont have to eat as much? or would that be cheating? i saw that documentary btw i loved it and wish i could be involved in something like that, yes food was my friend in high school, i was bullyed so much that i used to just eat and eat to live up to the bullys :rolleyes:
sammy115, hi yes i have looked into lighter life but its so expensive and paying my mum house keeping and lighterlife is too much per month, if my budget could allow it i would but i dont think i can... oh and i am not giving up, i am here to stay

now that i can advise on :j > pap loves musicmy faves include shine by booty luv (good for power walking) generator by the holoways, nyc beats by armand van helden, either way by the twang, rock this party by bob sinclar, leave me alone by pink, here by hellogoodbye, on call by kings of leon and also add slow ones mr bojangles by ray quinn (all of ray quinn) my fave
then i have a play lists on my ipod inc jog, walk and dance. On the jog ones i have two fast tracks followed by a slow track then you can rest a little before starting again :rotfl: mine are 30min long each but are very easy to walk/jog too
sorry got carried away therethanks sammy yes i am confused and its hard to take advice/critasisum with food so i kinda make it up as i go along, hence when you all said i was eating too little i was a bit taken aback

sammy if here is anything you want (look on you tube for latest songs) i will see if i have them, if you use itunes you can use my downloadssaves paying twice

Can't believe I'm first to clock in!
I'm guessing everyone is jumping up and down with joy as we've all lost oodles in the weigh in?
anyway, my food for today:
Breakfast - waffles and beans
Lunch - HM egg fried rice
Dinner - Lasagne and salad
I dragged a favourite blouse out of the wardrobe to aim for taking to Blackpool. It is fitted with hooks and eyes all down the front. There (luckily!) is some kind of lycra in the materia as it does stretch. It does up, but as my Mum would say, I look like a trussed up chicken in it.
Definitely about 2 stone away from it being wearable, I look like the woman in the street who is a size 16 but believes she is a size 8 (and wears the same size clothes). Taken a piccy though, it's turning into a kind of visual diary!"Stay Wonky":D
