Well Back from town. I had to pay a cheque in and get some bits and I nearly bought a really small dairy milk....

BUT I put it back!!! I thought I don't need it, I'm having a team meeting this afternoon and we normally have biscuits if I need anything (free) and they are less syns if I have the ginger ones. But got myself 2 bottles of Diet Pepsi (BOGOF) instead.

So feeling very proud and I didn't go to Sainsburys. Just need to keep it up for the rest of the week.

I'm sure fruit will work just as well as climbing Elantan, although I'm not sure about the dark chocolate..... Sounds so yummy!! I'm trying to do without chocolate this week in an attempt to stop myself from eating it. I've managed 3 days so far.

Weighed in - lost 1 lb.

    Had:

1/4 of a tomato and cheese pizza with added chicken.
    1 Cup of tea

Will move onto the co-codamol and diclofenac later... ;)

Diclofenac is great... have you tried it with Paracetamol? I was so spaced out last week it was really sunny!!! Although if you looked out the window it was raining.

But I'm feeling much better now, though... Back off the drugs, for now at least.

Well I've had my 6 week check, I'm fine - blood pressure is normal and stable, stitches healed....hurray! She's given me some info about the mirena coil and I've got to ring her if I want to make an appointment to have it fitted. Apparently this is best done before you 'resume intercourse', as otherwise they have to do a pregnancy test first. Um.....okay..... :o

I'm a bit nervous about it, but hate the thought of pretty much all the other options.

Anyway, my quick walk to the doctors and back turned into a dash round town in the rain, so I'll actually have walked about 1 hr 30 minutes today in total.

Just had some vegetable rice for lunch, will add the points up later.

Well done on the weightloss ZTD! :T

Snaggles - if you dont plan any more baby-snaggs in the imminent (sp) future I say go for the mirena - best thing I ever did. I went for a *check up* with mine the other day and the GP told me that all the female staff in the health profession are going for this :D

Glad your all good and not jealous of all that walking your doing in this weather!!

Soup will be served at 5pm ;)

I'm weighing in and I have lost zilch, absolutly nothing. Must be all those fish and chips and chinese and chocolate and crisps :o but hey, at least I haven't put any weight on :D

Sorry Miss (Toto) Will try harder this week, promise ;)

Andy took this " appeal documents" into work this morning and they "taped" the meeting  apparently he was told he will not be the first person to take the firm to a tribunal, that says a lot doesn't it? If they don't give him his job back, then so be it we'll see them in court (is it a court - not sure) Anyway, he will find out if hes got this other job tomorrow so keep everything crossed for us - if he gets it he will start on Monday so already getting him ready for decorating this week *terrible, terrible, mean wife" :rotfl:

Weller, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there's some good news on the job front for Andy very soon. Well done on not putting on weight - that's pretty good considering what a stressful week you've had.
