phew - late check in or what?!

Unusual hurly burly of a day, but I had a meeting with my former employer about my last boss and the nature of me being made redundant and lets just say I won't be taking it any further (can't say anymore as having to sign a confidentiality agreement!!!)

breakfast was nothing
lunch was a very late lasagne
dinner is spicy pork with peppers in tortilla wrap

Very tempting to go woohoo with the load that has lifted off my shoulders today and buy lots of chocolate to celebrate, but I haven't bought any. I have bought a bottle of my favourite zinfandel but I'm going to save that for tomorrow I think as I've already got all my calories allocated for today.

Hello all

I am on my sixth glass of wine, the first one I had at four am and have drunk continuously. However, I have worked it all off with a four hour stint of WINDOW shopping round Palma. I had a salad for lunch! oooh get me, and beef strogonof and pasta for tea. Oh and asparagus soup and three pieces of bread.

Portions a bit small but as its free I could go back for more, but funnily enough I have been getting used to smaller portions. Must go bingo has started in the bounty lounge. And more drink is up for grabs!

Hello, hope you're all having a nice evening, well done on the weight losses.

I've lost a pound - not much but at least it's a loss. I've had a truly horrible day though and NEED a couple of glasses of wine tonight, sorry!

Today I had a cereal bar for breakfast, a pastrami and cheese sarni that I stuck in the panini machine for lunch and 2 pieces of KFC with a few (cold & soggy) fries for tea
