Well done everyone, I'll update you all on the first page in a minute.
Keren I'm so happy you can finally put a full stop on the end of the work saga. I'm very pleased for you, enjoy your wine.
Z and el thanks for the advice, I'm still in pain today, I spent most of yesterday popping pills, I had a hard day at work, I was pretty non stop.I'm working with 2 big names from the 80s at the moment, one of them is particularly hard work but I'm quite enjoying it. I just wish I could move properly. Trouble is that I'm getting muscle pains all over now because my posture is all out. Still, lets hope that with some more pills it'll calm down a bit.
Food has been all out of the window I'm afraid, I knew it would be. But, the plan is to keep my weight going down during weeks I'm not full on working then maintain during work weeks.
Yesterday was museli and banana for breakfast, lasagne garlic bread and salad for lunch, then chicken with peanut sauce, rice and noodle things for dinner.
Today... who knows but I bet there's a million calories involved. I wanna sit and drink wine with keren:rolleyes::A

Cheers Weller - feeling a bit better now i've been awake for a bit. I'll be ok now until the pollen comes tumbling back down again at the end of the day.

I'm so proud of myself.
I've just turned down free, yes free cake!!!
Went to Somerfield to top up on lettuce and potato waffles and the manager was wandering around with a big tray of huge slices of chocolate cake. I gritted my teeth and said 'no' and then thought - I've just turned down a freebie - that's not very MSE.
It hurt......sob....."Stay Wonky":D

Keren I'm really impressed!!!
I've given in and made Slimming World Weetabix cake, which is lovely and only 3 1/2 syns a slice. It's filled the hole for now anyway.
Let me know if anyone wants the recipe.
But I've been very good this week and will hopefully have a good loss. If not I'm going to be really upset!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
I also recommend the SW cake recipe. I used to use scan bran instead of Weetabix.

Hi all - hugs to you Toto, sorry you're not feeling much better.
I have had grapes, crunchy bran with skimmed milk, couple of cups of tea, scrambled egg, beans and bread (but counting as syns along with the marg!). Having pork chops with pasta or potatoes and veg for tea tonight and fruit as a snack. Also got to drink my water - made a huge difference to my appetite last week.
Good luck everyone
Wonder how Lenny's doing.
