Well done Lucy!!!!!! I think that shows how fantastic you are and that you are a strong woman who has moved on to her new life.

When I split with my XOH lots of people were shocked because he was 'such a nice bloke'. They didn't see the drink filled (his drinking I hasten to add!) evenings of fear I faced night in night out wondering if he was going to do something ......not very nice.......to me.....I still see him as I walk 'our' dog and the XOH I see now is the one everyone else knew - the 'really nice bloke' and there have been pangs of guilt over the 4 years since we split. However, just occasionally, I hear him saying he will just have to take out another loan to do something and I feel the old stomach churning feeling I used to have when we were together and it reminds me of the reasons we split. We are now as good a friends as I think two people coule be, but seeing my old life daily shows me how strong I was to move on - and you are too Lucy.

Anyway, enough of the waffle (whoops, slip of the tongue there).

Went out last night - oh, I was soooo good!. I drove, drank lime and soda water and spent a total of £2.60 all night!! And our team came joint second, so that was good.

    Today:

breakfast: waffles and beans (sorry, that word again)
lunch: big jug of milkshake made from bananas, strawberries, youghurt, milk
    dinner: Chicken, rice, peppers etc

Pap, hope you are feeling better today - draw a line under yesterday and look forwards, we all have pants days.

Hello everyone, I'm still alive! This week's been a tough one, so far I've been awake for 51 hours. Trouble is when I get tired I pick on mars bars and the like. Last night I had mexican which was yummy, but with all of the cheese and sour cream on the buritos and fajitas... bad bad toto.

I'm really trying to keep up with you all, could everyone check the first page and make sure you're there and your loss is correct? Yell at me if it isn't.

I'm going to grab a couple of hours sleep in a bit then I'm working later so I'll catch up later.

Hugs to you all. PAP kick your brother's a@@ and tell him to bloody well pay for the bike repairs, keep on keeping on, you're doing great.

The kitkat offenders, I have that issue too so I'm not saying a word, they do come with wings don't they.
