snaggles sea and spud well done and really sorry if i have forgotten anyone ..snaggles a pound is a pound best to loose it so that it doesnt come back rather than loose it quick and it comes back on...i felt kindve peed off with myself lat wee as i had only lost 3/4 of a pound in 10 days but i have to remember it took me years to put it on and years of having it on i cant expect it to come off over night (although i would love it to)

Kicked OH out of bed to get on the road so early start for me. Up to my eyeballs in hayfever, seems the pollen has dried ou after getting a soaking as i'm really suffering this morning.

After the madness of yesterday, I'm hoping for a nice chilled out day today.

Food wise, I'm going for

breakfast eggs on potato waffles
lunch jacket potato with cheese
dinner chicken breast with salad

And I'm going to open the bottle of wine I bought yesterday so I'm off to my calorie counter site to work out how drunk I can get
