Only you can say if you'd get enough out of it pap to justify the £9 a month or whatever it is. I just did mine again and it only gives me 1100 cals a day, can I have your spare ones please?:rotfl:

Have you tried eating nuts and seeds? having a bag in your pocket and snacking on those through the day? You don't need to eat any exercise calories, exercise is great for building muscle which burns more fat. Try to increase your calorie intake a little each day rather than trying to eat it all on the first day. Let your body get used to having that bit extra slowly, that way it won't convert all of the extra to fat, I think your body thinks we have a famine so it's trying to save you.

morning all... well done keren on the weight loss :T btw how do you work out your wieght loss date? i would love to know that for me :)

    I joined this site pap

    http://www.onlineslimmingclub.com/

Joined for a year. Went through Quidco to save a fair old chunk. You get a progress chart, average weekly/monthly loss and when you weigh in it works out an expected target date.

It's just a calorie counting programme, but you can do a food diary to add up what you eat as you go along. I'm on 1500 calories at the moment - sob - but I like this kind of thing because you can mess around with the foods, look at the charts etc. Cant' remember exactly, but with the quidco money off it works out about £1 a week (I think, it's on my first post in this thread)

sorry you've had a crap morning el, I'd be annoyed too. Why don't you get yourself to bed and worry about writing your letter when you've had enough sleep?

toto have mine i will give them out freely :rotfl:sadly i cant eat on the go because of work, i work in the food industry  i will try and eat more but eating what i do now makes me bloated and sick :o seriously i have to force myself to eat or i wont... people dont believe how i have become the size i have  before i started this i was eating less than i am now it was just high fat high calories (ie choc/crisps/cocacola) so i could eat it all in one sitting then not worry till the next 'meal'

i am really thinking about joining from what i have seen so far i like it... it also gets rid of all my paper/servietes with my food diarys :rotfl:

It's £60 for the year, but go through Quidco and get £25 back, so in effect it is £45 for the year.

Need to be careful of that sweetness. You'll end up dropping something.
