    Evening all :hello:

    Looks like I've missed loads,sorry to hear someone has been horrible to IA :mad: will have to go and have a good read of her thread now ;)

    Well I had my mammogram yesterday and everything is FINE :j so are we going to have that party now?:D

    Have had a good day diet wise,porridge for breakkie,crumpets with cheese and garlic sausage for lunch,and cod with a provencal sauce topping thingy for dinner,just about to have my iced gems and that's me done for the night :D

    I am so relieved,didn't come on here last night as I was just sitting with DH and having a cuddle,brings home what matters in life,I know i have some big health problems,but this really took the wind out of me,thanks for the support,off for a good nights sleep now :A
