    Well I had another chinese last night and I didn't walk to get it - I sent OH. I had loads!!!! Oh woe is me.....
I don't normally have three chinese meals in a row but this week has been unusual (not really - just no will power).
And I did feel the urge to run up and down the high street spending money again and I didn't. I needed to get a tinted moisturiser and I got it with my boots points.
LIH - thats really really good news.. You can relax now.

Morning everyone,
LIV that's fantastic news, I'm over the moon for you.
The chicken was great, it was actually white all the way through without the black coating. Thanks Keren! I even got all cheffy and poured the juices from the tin in a bowl and put them in the fridge, so I can shove them in the soup I'm going to make today.
Food today will be
Breakfast - coffee and museli
Lunch - Home made soup with 1 slice of home made bread (look at me all OS)
Dinner - salmon with jacket potato and salad.
Snacks, cherries and grapes.:A

Glad it was nice Toto!
Well, I said a little 'please, please, please' mantra as I stepped on the scales
Lost another 2 pounds!
Not as dramatic as last week, but that is fine by me!
Total is now 8 pounds and the site I enter my weight into says now my WFD (weight free day!!) is 30 January 2009, so I've chopped 2 days off that as well!
Taken my Sunday morning in my goth jacket photo and I'm going to have a look at the next to see if the gaping bits inthe middle have lessened.
Food:
Bacon Roll for breakfast
Chicken Sandwich for lunch with lettuce
Chilli and Rice for dinner"Stay Wonky":D
