PAP - I wonder if your actually eating enough honey - are you following a plan?
Hope your feeling better soon - have you tried the grown up version of the warm flannel - a hot water bottle?
hi tigno i am not following any plan, does it sound like i am skipping callories? the only reason i say is that when i used to eat i used to eat much less  i am really just trying to eat balanced meals... but i dont know if thats working
i will be fine, having these tabs have kick started my periods again, i had one when i was 16 and hadnt had one until this year (21) due to these pills but my god the pains in my abdoman when i am due on  i hate being a girl :rotfl:0 -
That was my first thought too Pap, your meals sound really small. If you like eating small meals, maybe add some healthy snacks in between?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

PAP:
On WW (which I am kind of following) I am allowed 20 points a day and weigh , at last weigh in 10st 9.5lbs. Your meal plan for today (presuming the milk is green milk) is probably closer to the 10 point mark.
I know thats all based on my weight but I hope you can see where I am coming from (I pretty good at confusing matters so just kick me otherwise)

Even on the quick start week (on weight watchers) you have to have a minimum of 15 points I think. You could well be eating too little Pap - listen to Aunty tigtag and Aunty Snaggles!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

aww thanks you two for worrying
ummm i cant really snack as i only get 1 hour for lunch in work and i have to force what i eat downtig, i was using ww but i have sold the books on now
the problem i found was working out all the points, it took me forever... i dont really know what a 'normal' size meal is really as i never used to eat a full meal, or if it was it was very rare... even on my main meals now its like 4 types of veg (samll desert spoons) chips (10~18) and fish (1/2 skined boneles frozen ones) is that the right sizes?

Tot0 - sorry about little one, I am scared of doggies and avoid at all costs.
LIH  what a drama! Glad you feel better though!
PAP - eat little and often, otherwise your body thinks its starving and holds on to its fat.
I would have had a good day but DD1 txted and begged for a chinese - so I said yes as long as we could get it and eat it before OH got home. I made him his tea of salad and fish LOL:rotfl:

I'm just checking in but I haven't eaten anything today so I haven't sinned.
Had a really !!!!!! day and I'm at the end of my teather (sp?). Sam at home today (and tomorrow) - teacher training days, I had an astma attack, Sam phoned Andy at work, Andy phoned an ambulance then told his supervisor he was going home (me ill, maybe going to hospital, 2 children to look after etc), his supervisor told him not to bother coming back, he was sacked, just to come back for his tools. Andy came home, ambulance men went, told me and I told him to go back to work, he didn't want to but I said he must so he did. Supervisor wouldn't talk to him apart from to say he was sacked so Andy went to MD who said he'd have a word with supervisor, but he couldn't over rule the supervisor as he had given him the rights to hire and fire and for Andy to come into tomorrow, either to pick his tools up and be sacked or maybe return to work. So Andy came home after going to a few places looking for jobs, phoned his MD to see if he'd had a word with supervisor - still given the same response. So he's going in at 7 tomorrow so who knows what will happen. i am so bl00dy angry and have phoned ACAS but they said he had no rights as he hadn't worked there for over a year so back to squre one.
It seems that this supervisor wants his son to get a welding job (what Andy does) but there isn't a bench for him so it kind of feels like somethings going on, sacking Andy (last in - first out - no rights etc) and getting his son a bench.
So another sleepless night. I am worried but Andy says not to be though I think he only says taht so I don't get in a state but I'm more f***ing angry than anything. Just when things get back on track something bl00dy else happens.
Anyway, rant over, just to let you know I've been good.
Will move this to my diary, sorry.0 -
don't move it Weller, just copy it. You poor thing.... I hate all employers.. They treat people like sh*t..
Your Andy should ring the MD tomorrow and tell him to look in his trousers for his b****x. He runs the company he could overule the supervisor if he really wanted to.
Hopefully he will get another job soon, I can't say anything to make you feel better - just send a !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!{HUG}}}}}}}}}}}}}}.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Oh Weller, what a nightmare. I can't believe they can just sack him like that. It's so unfair. I hope you're feeling okay now after your asthma attack. Has your asthma been worse than usual the last few days? Mine's been really bad and I only have a mild case of it. Take care of yourself - you've got through worse than this, and you'll come through this too."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

For you weller - what a bl00dy nightmare. OH was *made redundant* last month and is still not working so I feel your pain. The supervisor and the MD sound like a right pair of shites!!
PAP - I still think it sounds on the low side, would calorie counting be any easier for you or SW?
Sammy - your a cheat and you make me laugh so much :rotfl: I will reply to you PM at some point
