On a lighter note though, all that stress will have increased your heart rate so you'll have burned off a lot of the extra calories you've eaten lol!

I haven't been very healthy today, because I've had cheesy pasta for lunch, although it was low fat cheese, and I was feeling very dizzy before I ate it because I missed breakfast.

Feeling a bit sad though because Natasha seems poorly, I think it's maybe trapped wind or an upset stomach that's all, she's uncomfortable and restless - but it's horrible when they're ill isn't it.

It's awful when they're poorly. I really hope she feels better soon.

You shouldn't be missing breakfast missy! I know you're keen to drop a few pounds but you know you need to be eating plenty, especially first thing. Anyway, I've just declared this national cheat day so it's all calorie free:D

The missed breakfast was unintentional, I promise - it got missed amongst the feeding/school run/baby-comforting.

Wont be doing it again though, as 3 baby feeds + walking to school + no food = very spinny head!

Toto - I'm very happy that Master Toto is ok but the dog needs to ne muzzled at the very least. As other posters have said, had this been a small child or baby then I dread to think what the outcome would have been :( At the risk of sounding OTT I think it should be reported.

Mrs S - Low fat cheesy pasta is ok :):) But dont miss that brekkie again :naughty: Poor little Natasha - is she too young for infacol? If so try rubbing her little tummy or putting a warm flannel on it like a hot water bottle - gripe water is also good but again I'm not sure because of her age :)

Toto - can I go have cake now if its a national calorie free holiday ;);)

Yep, it's national calorie free cheat day. Of course, tomorrow is national 'oh god now I only have 2 points left for the rest of the week' day:rotfl:

Hiya, she's had infacol (suitable from birth - hurray!), I haven't got any gripe water but will nip out and get some tonight if she's no better. I think you can use gripe water from 1 month old, so she's old enough for that too, thank goodness. Just wish she was old enough for calpol so I could at least take some of the pain away.

I'll give the warm flannel a go, that might soothe it a bit, thanks.

Not looking great on the diet front - hubby just rang and said don't make any tea, he's calling for it on the way home.....so much for our 'no take-away' challenge. I'll just have to have a very small portion of whatever he brings! And then take Natasha for a long walk in her pram to burn it off.

Oh, talking of which, I set off on the school run in blazing sunshine, then half way to school it started chucking it down - all I had with me was the sun parasol for the pram, so I had to make a makeshift rain cover out of that and my coat! We must have looked a right state, but at least she was dry (lucky girl ).

The only one that got wet was me that had been dumped at the Dr's office :rotfl:

PAP - I wonder if your actually eating enough honey - are you following a plan?

Hope your feeling better soon - have you tried the grown up version of the warm flannel - a hot water bottle?
