I've had today:

1 Chicken sandwich
1 lot of soup
Some grapes
2 lots of diclofenac
4 co-codamol
A giant lump of ice-cream
A cup of tea

Keren - that is what I want my lips to look like.... Only need to lose a couple of stone and my lips will be bigger than my face:rotfl:

I posted my to do list this morning and I have

1. painted skirting board and glued beading round the edge
2. Done a meal plan and shopped online using www.mysupermarket.co.uk - what a fantastic site! You do your list - it compares which supermarket is the cheapest (and its got all the deals on). It then tells you if you can get it even cheaper and then takes you to the checkout. Fantastic!
3. As for SIL's accounts - I have subcontracted the donkey work out!
4. Done my bills for when i am going to be away.

Washing and ironing next.
