Yesterday was a one off Sammy - due to kicking OH out of bed to get himself on the road for work and battling cats under the window!
Bleary eyed of Dorset checking in. Bit later than normal and so sleepy that she tried to fill the kettle with the lid still on.
I was a bit undecided today but I've decided
Breakfast - big jug of strawberry and banana milkshake
Lunch - jacket potato with beans and cheese
Dinner - chicken and butternut squash risotto
Someone asked about the butternut squash dish I did yesterday (sorry, I can't remember who)
I chopped the squash into chunks and roasted. Boiled some thinlysliced potatoes. Popped both in a dish and put some grated cheddar on and popped it under the grill."Stay Wonky":D

Understatement of the year!! couldn't believe they did it all there and then, normally you have to go home and wait for a call to come back a few days later, didn't have time for worry, don't think they were very busy,so just got it done
Good idea to go give blood :A ,wish I could,i take enough of it from the supplies, wish I could give some backbut mine would be the 'extra value blue and white stripe' version and not the taste the difference :rotfl:

wow living I'm glad you're ok and feeling better, I hope I'm going to see lots of spinach in your diet now:D we need to keep you fit and healthy.
I was really good this morning, we had an engineer stay over last night, some of them are on the road so much they don't have a house, there's no point. They stay in hotels for the odd day when they're in between tours, or they stay here:rolleyes: I have a bit of a half way house.
Anyway, OH was home last night so this morning I did them both a yummy breakfast before they went off to work. They had, warm chocolate Croissants, danish pastries, toast, jam and coffee. I had coffee and a banana  trouble is, there are two of the chocolate croissants left in the kitchen which look ever so tempting. I hate to think how many points are in one of those though.
So today is
Coffee and banana
watercress, spinach and rocket salad, 1 tbs fat free dressing, 1oz grated low fat cheese.
king prawn and seafood risotto:A
