Edit: Do you go to special clinic - my OH is at the Colitis one this morning too, hes been taking steriods for over 2 months now and every time he reduces the dose, it flares up again. I have every sympathy with you.

It isn't a special clinic as such,it's my consultant's outpatient clinic,I used to see him every 6 weeks,but they have now extended it to once every 6 months,things have been fairly stable over the last year or so,with the odd hiccup,but the last couple of weeks have been feeling extremely tired and lethargic,I know I am anaemic,but I also think the Crohn's is flaring up,I can't tolerate the steroids,so I normally end up with surgery
on the positive side,taking some bowel away will take a few lbs off

LIH - Little legs had bowel problems when she was born and has had 2 surgeries. Then again at 2ish (potty training time). Thankfully (EVERYTHING) crossed she is ok now but still more susceptible than normal to issues – she’s nearly 5 and I am still obsessed with her poo :rotfl: I'll be thinking of you today and hope that all goes well

Had a banana, a mullerlight yogurt and a bag of apples and grapes. Am now going to have scrambled eggs on toast with tomatoes. So a good day so far
Want to lose weight again next week, so am going to be good as am going away tomorrow night for the weekend.
