Well I said I would be honest and I weighed in last night and had put on 2 and a half pounds!!!

But I am going to get that off this week!!! I really am. I'm going to try really hard as I need a good loss to keep me motivated. I have a memorial party for my Aunt on the 21st July and I will get under 12 stone for it!!!

I now only have 5 and a half pounds to do this and I will!!!!

May need a little help from time to time. I'm going to try a mainly green week to get myself back into it and will hopefully be lighter this time next week.

Wish me luck (I think I'm going to need it!)

    It had better be!!

It was my birthday and I had a few other things going on. I just had one of those weeks where life got in the way!! Nevermind, going to have a good week and see what happens.

Don't worry about it too much Lucy, have a really good week and it will come back off. I found not losing anything last week has really motivated me to do better this week, so you might find the same thing.

I actually felt a bit guilty that I'd let 'the girls' down lol!!

Now where did I put that chocolate?? (joking ;))

Well if you left it anywhere near me I probably ate it!! :D

But I keep thinking how far I have come in a year. I'm just over 4 stone lighter and I am actually dealing with my debts.

So to have a week off isn't really all that bad is it?

4 stones is amazing!! And it was your birthday week, so personally I think you did well not to put on even more than you did! :T

    catching up time!

LIV - that is amazing - fantastic!! I'd like to hit 50 pounds by Christmas and think you've done amazingly - bet you look wonderful.

Sammy - do you have my OH living at your place??? He sounds as sulky as mine!

Ok, today other than the obligatory hayfever tablet and sudafed to bring my head into some kind of snuffle-free normality

potato waffles and beans (it has been a couple of days tigtag!!)
    Soup, rice cakes and philadelphia
    Marinated chicken and courgettes/peppers/onions/tomatoes

Off to bang my head against a wall. Might clear the pollen out a bit.

PAP you can eat loads on SW and hardly have to weigh anything! Ive lost 16lb in 7 weeks and eat huge plates full of pasta, jacket potatoes, cooked breakfasts etc. Might be worth looking at?

hi kazl, i havent looked into sw... purely because i cant make any meeting due to my shift patterns, so unless i can get the books etc i cant really stay on that diet :(
PAP I think you are not eating enough too ;) if you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and store everything you put into it,if you up your calorie intake to about 1200-1500,you will almost definately lose weight ;)

Had my weigh in tonight at WW and lost 3lbs :j :j got my 50lbs certificate and feel great :D

    Nighty night
    LIH

lih, it seems like everyone agrees i am eating a little less than i should do :o i think i will have to get used to counting calories and find out how... i realy thought i was eating enough  anyways off to reserch :rotfl:

    congratulations on the 50lb's :T:T

today so far i have had toast... and i will have a apple before i go to work... then i have a weird shift of 12.30 ~ 9pm so i will get an hour about 3pm... so it looks like a may go to bed once i have eaten  unless i have something before i start

Lets not talk about hayfever, I had an embarrassing hayfever related incident this morning....

    Background information:

    - I've always been too shy to talk to the other Mums at school but since I had Natasha a lot of them have come up and started chatting, and I'm actually...gasp....making some new friends (or acquaintances at least)
    - My hayfever is shockingly bad this week and my nose itches and runs constantly

The embarrassing incident (am I overplaying this a bit, lol?!?!):

One of the Mums (whose daughter is a good friend of Ryan's) came up to say 'hi' in the playground today, so I was chatting away to her when....a bubble of snot came out of my nose!!!!!!!!

OMG I have never been so embarrassed in my life!!!!!!!

I am going to be an antisocial hermit from now on, it's much safer :rotfl:
