   i have left my soup pot in work  this means i will have to buy something from the vendor... either sandwiches/micromeal... mmm lovely (not) i suppose i could stop in morrisons and buy a salad but that would add at least 30min onto my day and i have no where to store it so it will go warm and wilt  why does this happen to me :(

What about a buttie PAP - beans/spag on toast, even a pot noodle (think they are about 7 points on WW)

evening all. I've had a busy day so no time to post foodies. Plus it was a bit touch and go how today would pan out so I thought I'd wait till I knew.

Ok, breakfast was 1 slice of toast with low sugar jam and half a croissant.
Lunch was seafood risotto with spinach (I love the stuff)
dinner is weightwatchers chicken curry out of the freezer (which were on special a few weeks ago for £1 each) probably a big old salad with it.

OH left me a little (ok a huge) gift on my pillow this morning, no not a worm like the cats leave me. He found this antique eternity ring while he was working away, how sweet. We met 3 years ago today (so he tells me:o ) although we were just friends then, I was in love with someone who didn't deserve me at the time. Anyway he said he's been secretly saving up for ages to buy me a lovely wedding ring, until I told him I wanted to wear my mum's. So he decided to buy this instead but couldn't wait to give it to me.:smileyhea it even fits my child sized finger.
