    Morning everyone.
Hugs again to kyle, give him a big hug from all his os aunties (((())))

Dull here this morning, we have had a small bit of rain overnight, but nothing like what the garden needs.
Im kind of hoping that it stays overcast as i hate doing anything when the weather is hot, never feel like cooking hot stuff or ironing infact just want to spend time in the garden when the sun is out. So hopefully will get motivated today and tackle the ironing and give the whole house the once over.

Tea tonight is shepards pie and veg, and need to finish this weeks meal plans off.

    Have a good day everyone

    Good Morning
A flying visit from me today, off to work any sec, had words with the lodger, but it seems she has got her self into a right old mess, no chance of any money for a while. She's not paid any of her bills for ages. I think I'll offer her a lesson in budgeting, I gave her a lecture about priorities last night & found out she earns more a day than hubby & I do put together, thank heavens he has 4 weeks work at the moment.
    Hugs to all
    Hester

    Morning all :D

Nothing much to report for me today. Managed to do all of the outstanding paperwork last night but didn't get around to the ironing. It's getting to the stage where I think it's taken on a life of it's own and is now starting to mock me as it grows stronger each day :rotfl:

Apart from that it's another day at w**k and I'm at the dentist again this afternoon so I think I will play tonight by ear depending on how I'm feeling.

Hope everyone else is OK. If not take or leave the :grouphug: as needed.

    Good morning all!

:hello: to everyone, but especially to Kyle & family. Hope lo is ok, kids are usually far more resilient than adults so he is likely to recover quickly.

I had a better nights sleep last night, so don't feel quite as low as yesterday. Don't think I have much planned which is just as well.
Dinner is probably going to be chicken & vegetable soup with BM bread. DS1 & his fiance should be coming for dinner tonight, so hope she likes it. She is a lovely girl, but quite fussy about food - doesn't eat vegetables or salad, doesn't eat some meats - and always cuts the end of sausages off & gives them to DS1 to eat!!!:D
Still, I'd rather a nice person who fussed about food than someone who ate everything but was really horrible!:D

    Have a good day, everyone:hello:

    Morning All
Hope everyone's ok today. I'm off to the theatre this evening with mother.
Had a very hectic afternoon and evening yesterday and finally got to bed around 12.30am - that's three and a half hours sleep!
Anyway, better do some work I guess

    Morning everyone,

(((hugs))) to kyle, twink and lo.
(((hugs))) also to Frugal. I don't think she posted yesterday, did she? Hope everything is well with you, frugal.
Happy Birthday Amie have a wonderful day.
I have read everyone's posts but can't remember most of it and don't want to upset anyone by leaving them out but it seems as though everyone is busy today.

Found this for the OS cat lovers amongst us - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/south_west/6741167.stm (hope the link works as I'm hopeless at that kind of thing).

My boss asked me to work today so I will be going into the office for a few hours. It's all money I guess. However, it means the housework I was planning on doing today will need to wait a little while longer. ;)

The downpour we had last night has done nothing for the humidity. Still muggy and hot. It really drains you, doesn't it? I did manage to get some deep sleep though so I feel a bit better than yesterday.

Time to go and get DD up and tell DS to get out of the shower.

    Have a tremendous Tuesday. xx

    Morning! :hello:

Happy Birthday Amie!:bdaycake: Have a lovely day!

(((Hugs))) to Kyle and family, you will soon have your lo home now.
Chipps - The knitting is a bit unwieldly (wish I could crochet) and the placemats are now going to be a shopping bag! I even bought some handles in Florida!
My appointment at the clinic is at 10.30 so fingers crossed all is ok, last had it done 6 years ago when I found lumps but thankfully they were cysts. We are lucky, as Snowy says, to have these checks available though. Frugal hope you are ok! have been thinking of you.
Holly (our cat) has made herself at home on my lap so I am using that as an excuse to be lazy and stay put for a while longer.;)
