Watty what painkillers are you taking? Sounds like muscular tension pain and some painkillers are better than others. I used to take Syndol but it's discontinued and I'm down to my last 4 . I suggest you ask a pharmacist what is best.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Hi Lam ... congratulations on your debt free status. You will love it here
Alchemilla, doctor says headaches are caused by arthritis in neck and Gallygirl am currently taking some co-codamol as the paracetemol dr recommended was blooming useless and I found this in the drawer and it does seem to do the trick.
Planning a trip back to osteopath next week if possible as I think he will sort it out eventually. Have every faith in him even if he is a long way away. I found him after the accident that damaged my left arm and it is entirely down to him my arm works so well, so, he gets another couple of tries!Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Not been feeling terrific ... but have been to the World Equestrian Games in Caen. Fabulous experience
And just checked mortgage on line to see that it has fallen below the £60,000 milestone. Currently standing at £59947.36
Need to have shower and go to bed. Travelling from Caen by train very tiring and feel so grubby but will be back tomorrow to catch up with diaries, own included!Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Yes did a lot of cheering in France. Fantastic. Saw Charlotte win gold in the freestyle too. Wonderful stuff.
Then last night went to the Old Vic to see The Crucible. Wonderful. But, with train, meal out before hand and tickets expensive night out.
Interesting how a few days away and an extravagant night out make me want to return here and get going on MFW ways again.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

A year ago today I started this diary. So today 2 things were important: to make an overpayment and to take baby out for a hack. This diary started out just to work on paying off the mortgage - which is happening - and also began a bit of a journey with recovering my confidence riding.
The mortgage moved to the SVR rate of 4% yesterday and so I can make unlimited overpayments, so £7000 overpaid today :j
And I took baby out with pal from down the road. Only for 30 mins. Baby was lively but it was a nice ride and I didn't worry, just realised it wasn't surprising as I've not spent as much time with him as I would have liked to over the last few weeks.
And so, this past year has been a great success. I'm happy riding, and am looking forward to doing more over the next year and also our mortgage has fallen substantially. :jMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
