Glad you have clarity and can keep your home. What a good idea to record it.
I’ve found that grieving for what has been lost and the hopes and dreams you had together is a part of the process.
Not heard of a poo vacuum before...intriguing!paydbx2025 #26 £890/£5000 . Mortgage start £148k June 23 - now £138k.

I am so glad for you @Watty1 - you will soon be rid of your faulty poo vaccuum for good4

Not heard a peep from his solicitor. No surprise there. And it seems my solicitor says recording is probably not allowable in court although he did know he was being recorded as the law around recordings complex. Not proceeding any further with my solicitor. Regrouping and chatting to other options.
In a burst of MSE enthusiasm I cleared the patio and have arranged for someone to fix a couple of things at the house. Now keeping a note of all costs as I'm wondering why once again progress stalled. So no real news. However Spring is around the corner and I will be back to the tales of Most Handsome and Charming Cob and Wattydog exploits soon enough I'm sure.
And in a non MSE style someone has asked me if I want to buy their Fell pony. Only a young one and she feels too big for it. I have no money, no where to live and yet I am seriously considering this. From this you can conclude I am charmingly nuts LOL
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!6 -

I was wondering if Ex is reading your diary on here and saw what you said about his car being in the mix with the poo-vac, hence the radio silence on agreeing to settleSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £1286.68/£3000 or 42.89% of my annual spend so far

Been quiet. Did wonder about the ex reading hence radio silence but I think now. Finally letter from solicitor with a long list of additional demands which is only to be expected. If you are winning go for gold. I probably would.
Waiting for mortgage broker to call to find out the low down on the mortgage.
Busy and work.
And if I am honest very depressed and tearful. Have made an appointment with GPMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
