Lovely to hear that things are on the up for you.Hypnotherapy sounds great... keep on keeping on and you will get to where you want to be. And yes, energy fields are definitely 'a thing'I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Life trickles on. Decided as am buying the house need to start investigating getting some of the bigger jobs done. Have found a super fencing chap who has replaced 3 broken fence posts and is coming back to quote on the next job.
Now looking for someone to fix the roof windows. Initial research suggests they need replacing completely. The went in when the extension was built but were windows designed for uninhabited spaces. There is a lot of mould around each one and condensation is a regular problem. Ex and I knew the wrong kind of windows had been installed within a few months but by then we were so exhausted that we just left it. Now I'm looking round and realising the mould is a health issue and the windows need sorting so have just left a message for someone.
Waiting on a price to remove a tree that I would like to come down (more on why when it comes down as relates to future plans!)
Finally TV man coming tomorrow to quote for aerial repairs. I have no idea why the aerial does not work and why we cannot get a TV signal. I know the ex can figure it out but despite living here he has decided not too. So I'm getting someone in.
A part of me wonders about the sense in doing these repairs but another part of me desperately wants to get on and create a home for myself. I know the ex is busy renovating his new place whilst living here at the one I want to buy and if the house were to go on the open market then these repairs would need to take place anyway so if all fails at the final hurdle I am hoping that he will just let me recoup my money.
Somehow I doubt he will so this part is a big gamble but I feel I might as well at least get the work booked in and travel hopefully.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

@Watty1 see your point re travelling hopefully. Is it worth having another chat with your solicitor? You'll probably get very cautious advice but some other safeguards might be possible? You are doing brilliantly to keep on an even keel. Love Humdinger xx4

I get the caution. Solicitor was very negative. I'm not sure what the best course of action is. They suggested another without prejudice letter. I told them not to bother. I think I might have another plan rattling in my brain. I will think on.
The farm need my rental for someone else who wants to live on site where they work (this person is also renting a huge chunk of the farm so they are keen to keep them) and mine is the only unit that is really suitable. The farm know I will be leaving soon and so have asked if I will go sooner rather than later. I can see they are in a difficult position so I'm going to have to move out as none of the other rental places on site are likely to come free anytime soon. This means i have to move back to the cottage before the Ex has moved out or find somewhere else to live short term. Frankly it i a disaster but I'm not sure what to do as short term month by month rentals don't seem easy to find.
I've got someone in to fix the aerial next week. I don't know why the TV's do not work. This should be a fix that means i can watch TV when I move back. Over Easter I will start cleaning the mould off as the Ex is away and maybe the windows can wait. I managed with the mould allergy when I lived here before.
The tree needs to come down really and my longer term plans involves it being gone. I'm going to risk the £400 on that going and the money it takes to fix the TV aerial. I'll think on the rest.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Could you ask the Ex to move out? He has been benefiting from living in the property all this time - surely it is your turn now?

Moving back in might force the ex out and, as you have been contributing the whole time I think it is only right that you are there. You have just as much right to be there and it might remind ex of that!!!!!
