Ooh @Watty1, what excitement to see your name pop up!!! Sorry to hear about the situation but honestly, if this isn't too blunt, you could have spent years pouring energy into a situation that would never be fixed. As it is, you know where you are and can start with a clean sheet and no illusions. We're all here, cheering you on. You can totally do this. Love Humdinger x5

@Watty1 - nice to see you around, even if it's not the most cheerful of updates. It's never too late for pensions, just a bit more expensive2

Hi @Watty1, sorry to hear things are a bit of an upheaval atm. Hope you can move on with your new plans, and new life. Sorry, don't remember if you disclosed you age, but I'm sure your much younger than me, and I bought a house at 52 yrs of age, so anything is "do-able". As @Humdinger1 said, we are all here for you. xAlways have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.191

Am now sick with anxiety and can't cope with doing anything. Haven't done anything for 2 hours. Ex refusing to settle at all.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Very sorry to read this Watty and don't want to read and run. Have you checked with your lawyer at all? I'm sure you will have just sounds an awful situation. Is there somewhere you can go or are the animals keeping you there? Can you invited a friend over to keep you company (might reduce the anxiety). Thinking of you.3
