    I'm very sorry to read this, watty - I'm not surprised you feel terrible :(  Is it something he's legally allowed to do?  Doesn't seem to make sense morally, but legally ... no idea.  Maggiem makes some great points in her post.

    how lovely Apple.  I'm cautious about posting at the moment as I wonder if Mr Watty checks my computer.  Court date approaching (yes we are having to go to court sigh)
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
