This Time I'm Really Going To Do It

I've got nothing to add to the Mr Watty Sr situation, except to say make the most of the respite - which it seems you're intending to do. It sounds *very* stressful.
Excellent news that puppy came home tired, not so great about misbehaviour, but as you say, he's got to learn!Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Poor Mr W senior, and both of you too. I do hope things get resolved without unnecessary stress or drama. Thinking if you,

I didn't manage it last night either. But I did get up in time so I am considering that a success
And I did think of you gone midnight. Mr Watty thinks it hilarious that I have been know to mutter wonder if Alex is doing any better :rotfl:
Neither did I. I did get up to take my son to school, as I always do but went back to bed as I had 2 hours sleep at the most.
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Glad he finds it amusing... If my wife ever heard me say "I wonder how Mrs. W. is doing?" She'd spend the night searching my messages and emails. When my son was very young, she wouldn't let me take him to a play event for young babies as there'd be lots of women there. It seemed she couldn't quite grasp the concepts of me being completely uninterested and that they, having just had babies, probably were married and probably not interested even if single.2018 totals:

Goodness where did that week go???
Went on a fantastic course for work and that gave me a bit of motivation to push forwards. Work got a bit busy. Mr Watty got a bit busy. All been very hectic here. Roll on spring.
Not much to report - that said - I'm sure I will be back in the next few days with lots to sayMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Spent an hour catching up on diaries which was fun. Now need to go and see if soil is to wet in garden to do anything. After much mutterings here and elsewhere about the garden I have decided to clear one bed completely and put down a lawn. Puppy has been digging holes and should shortly reach the other side of the world, the bed didn't look great before but now some plants have been dug up by enthusiastic puppy and others trampled it looks awful. That bed fills about a fifth of the garden, always was a bit high maintenance hence my earlier idea to replant using evergreens but now I feel it just isn't worth the cost of doing that.
Going to dig up some plants and fill in gaps elsewhere and see what is left. Piecemeal approach rather than a grand planMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

£15 spent on Sunday lunch at local pub with some dog training pals. Took puppy to their class first. Seriously considering dumping pals and the class. Last dog loved it but to be honest for this puppy the class was too long and too limited in what it did and the pub afterwards was expensive and not that much fun.
Goodness what a grumbling madam I am todayMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
