Ordered mine on 4th Sept exactly 2 weeks ago today.
Still not arrived0 -
We found the box of wine in the Wendy House yesterday, no idea when it was delivered, as nothing was posted through the door. The kids neglected to mention that there was a box of wine in there - good job they are too young to take advantage!!!
I ordered it on the 4th Sept.0 -
Hope your wine has now arrived poolforever. Ordered ours on the 12th. Just arrived. Spanish rather than Chilean, but Hey, it's a freebie!
Only drawback for us is a reduction of four and a half grand on our credit availability.0 -
Mine arrived yesterday :beer:0

My wine arrived today. It arrived very quickly, it took about two weeks to arrive. The silly DHL man left my in the communal entrance hall of the flats that I live in for all to see and didn't put a card through my door. They come in a bright red Virgin wines box. Doh! Luckily my nice neighbour picked it up and kept it safe for me.0

Still no wine so have applied again0 -
I applied online in August for the credit card, through the MSE website link, when the wine offer was ongoing and I am pretty sure I got accepted online very soon after the application, if not straight away.
Well, I received my cc recently and awaitied details of how to get the wine. Phoning today, I am told that, as my account was not opened until the 9th September, I am ineligible for the offer.
I am sure that the offer was based on acceptance and not opening of a CC account.
Virgin certainly are not honoring their offers.
Will send them a letter asking them to explain and perhaps worth going to the financial ombudsman? A "teaser" offer to get your business...
And to cap it all, they give you an 0845 number to talk to them about it - the online advisor stated "thought it was free", no its not!!!0 -
Grrr - did it all by the book, opened the card, got the card (all very efficient) but no email link to redeem offer.
Same problem as other posters - call the 'Virgin Money' team and you get through to MBNA who administer on behalf of Virgin. The number they give is an 0845 number. They have no other contact information.
I am going to. Pursue this but NOT by incurring any costs (other than perhaps postage). Has anyone achieved any success? I'm not on my own as the MBNA rep told me he had dealt with several calls.

No response to the letter as yet but got a response from the credit card secure messaging in response to my secure message reiterating to call the 0845 number.
I did try the number but after waiting 5 minutes hung up...0
