    I got the card and the email but no mention of wine bank below are the terms and conditions they sent me

    Virgin Money will provide a free gift to new customers who apply and are approved for a Virgin Balance Transfer Credit Card through virginmoney.com between 12 and 31 August 2013 (“the Offer”).
    The Offer is only available to new customers who apply through moneysupermarket.com until 23 August 2013.
    The Offer only applies to the Virgin Balance Transfer Credit Card.
    The Offer is made to the main account holder. Additional cardholders are not eligible.
    We will send details of how to redeem the Offer by email within 21 days of approval of your application. You must redeem the offer by midnight on 30 November 2013.
    The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and there is no cash alternative.
    Virgin Money reserves the right to amend, vary or withdraw this Offer at any time and without notice.

    Just awaiting my wine within the next 10 days or so

    I'm still waiting on my 6 bottles of white wine, i can't find the original email which i ordered the wine on, but i'm sure it was around 14 days ago.

    My wine had arrived yesterday when I got home from work, i had ordered it last Thursday.
    Is anyone else going to cancel the card now as I'm worried about the wine bank someone mentioned earlier in thread and also i only opened this card for the freebie? ;)
