I assume you are referring to the Virgin Money free £55 case of wine, as mentioned in the MoneySaving email on 21/08/13.
If so, I was just about to post something similar. I've received PIN and Credit Card letters, but there is no mention of the wine.
I applied on 21/08/13 so I assume I got in there before the offer was pulled?
An article on MoneySupermarket seems to suggest that there will be a follow up letter regarding the wine within 21days of the application.0 -

Only if you don't like wine. The wine bank scheme is a pretty good one paying 20% interest on each monthly payment. Their wine is priced quite high but with the wine interest brings it down to a more sensible price.
I've been buying Virgin wines for a few years and been happy with the quality of the wine. After a while you will be contacted by somebody who calls themselves a wine adviser, stick with them and get them to place your orders and ask for free delivery (saves £7.99 an order or whatever the current delivery charge is)."We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0 -

They take £XX out of your bank account and place it into a account that allows you to purchase wine from them.
