I have loads more energy today than I did yesterday :D Definitely just needed to stop yesterday.
So far today I've managed to go to the farm shop and buy two huge bags of veg for making into lots of scrummy dindins. Most of this weeks dinners other than omelette can be made in advance and frozen :)

Whilst I was at the farm shop I walked down the lane and picked 2kg of blackberries, it must have taken me an hour of picking to get 1kg, but then I found the "golden bush" full of big juicy blackberries and picked 1kg in about 15mins :D There should be some more when I go to the farm shop again next week too. OH has juiced 1kg and frozen the juice in icecube trays for our morning smoothies. I'm going to make the remainder into jam and a dessert.

Went the to SM for the final few things I couldn't get in the farm shop, included some goodies for my film night whilst OH is out. Topped up with petrol as well whilst out.

OH has also been busy, he's finished painting the nursery, finished painting the white in the LR (just need to finish the red) and has moved a bag of compost so I can pot up our herb pot tomorrow :)

Phew that'll do for today I think :) Oh and here's our LR now :) it was alllll brown before, a disgusting grey/brown which I hated although I don't mind it in the kitchen.

    Ooh kerri, it's lovely :).
Got home this morning and the house was quiet. Unloaded DW and restacked. Emptied WM which still had the washing in from last night. I did ask DH to get out the school shirts as they are non iron but I think they'll need ironing as they've been creased up all night :(. He's done some tidying and (according to DD who answered my text to him) is now golfing. He's fixed the washing line and had a load hung out on it in the rain so that was my first job after breakfast. It's now in the TD.
Lovely night last night, hope it continues to be nice :)

Glad everybody has been having a good day.

HH Gardening done out the front
    15 minutes tidying the loft
    15 minutes tidying the garage
    WMx3
Took DS3 to get his tracksuit
    Washed up
Written the start of a shopping list.
Written a Toots list which I hope we get most of done before the end of October but if not the end of the year.

Going to do HH paperwork next then wizz up a VS for DS3 and then dinner, ironing and tv.

DH is putting up shelves and putting radiators back, also lots of gibble listed on freecycle and he has taken stuff to the scrap store. However much we get out the house it does 't seem to be making a difference.

DD was fast asleep by 6.30 :D

She had a lovely party, the cake was much admired, one friend has asked if I might make one for her DS. I'm a bit sick of cake but might have recovered by November... Think all the kids had fun, and time for adults to natter. And she has all sorts of lovely presents too. I tried to scribble what came from where but between DD, DS and my friends DD everything was just ripped into lol so I only caught about half :o

DS has been a bit of a terror, and tonight he screamed in my ear so loud it hurt. He was sent to his room - and has now explained he is too excited and he's sorry. Bless him, he is a monster, but at least he is learning why he's monstrous and its a step toward learning how to control himself a bit more.

We need to find homes for stuff, but most is in neat piles, so I don't have a tip to contend with. And, I've washed school uniform! Lol. Previously there's not been anything specific I've needed to be clean for a particular day, so this is all new to me! So I have two lovely white school tees on the airer in the conservatory, they hardly look like they need ironing too :T

Right, cup of tea, and dismantle peppa as I think I deserve to eat the walnut whip that's up her skirt (there's a sentence I never thought I'd say :rotfl:)

Well I think I've missed the strictly launch because I was..... Steam mopping the floors! Doh. Just as well. I can watch the launch on iplayer / on demand but if I'd watched I possibly wouldn't have gone back to the mop...

Also sifted through some storage buckets and binned the tat out of the bottom - mostly party bag toys and torn /squished stuff.

Quiet day tomorrow - think we all need it. I've paperwork to catch up on, DS wants something with mash and gravy for dinner and DD will want to investigate all her new stuff.

We're all shattered, I think a nap may be scheduled...
