1 basket to go on the line but I can't move it outside.. might utilise the girls scooter!

I'm doing nothing today other than the washing and will catch up on some knitting

DS2 gone to pick up his specs.. they have just had new lenses to nice and cheap!! He had a massive change in his prescription so it had to be done. DS2 had his specs placed in his school bag and I shall make sure his teachers are aware he needs to wear them.

One of the teens can empty the poo tray for the mog... who is still incarcerated in the front room much to his disgust but he has found sunny spots so is rolling about in the hot.
OH can vacuum in here after picking up toys.. I'm just milking this 'I can't do these things' for a bit :p it won't kill them to do stuff.

  • Morning everyone,

Well I have had an excellent morning playing catch up with the lists, all downstairs done, 3 loads of washing on the line, bedding washing as we speak, dog walked, bathroom soaking in cif, food shopping list written, fridge sorted and microwave sparkly.:j

    Just made a cuppa(and eating a wispa! 4 for a £ in Morrison's, silly not to;))

Food shopping this afternoon, then will make the bathroom all sparkly and finally whilst watching Strictly will do the ironing. You know autumn is on its way when Strictly starts:T

    Pigpen-beautiful babies!
    Bossy-fab cake!

    See you soon x

Just stopped for a cuppa and a quick lunch. Storage area sorted, the only things there now are empty suitcases, our winter duvet and some summer sandals that I decided I won't be wearing again this year. Kept the rest of the summer stuff out though. Filled a couple of charity bags, put out the rubbish from the bins upstairs and started on the big winter shopping list.

2nd lot of washing on line, 3rd in machine, 1st, and yesterdays bedspread all put away.

It seems everyone is achieving quite a lot today.

    Next job: hoovering

One email sent, working through numerous surveys etc now then I'll have to go hunting for the other info I need to send to someone else. I don't seem to be getting anywhere fast clearing my inbox :( There's so many things waiting on other stuff to happen first :(

  • Afternoon everyone

Have done a load of washing BUT I stupidly put a green cardigan in with my black work trousers and now the trousers are covered in fluff. Cant decide whether to wash them again or let them dry a bit and stick them in the tumbler.

Baking done so cake tins stocked up, have cooked a joint of beef for sandwiches and had a bit of a tidy around.

Waiting for my Mum to come over and go dog walking but she was a bit vague about times so might get the hoover out while I am waiting.

DS2 is sooo bored - and grumpy. No-one is around for him to meet up with and spending a day at home on a Saturday is terrible. Find myself saying things like "if I had all the stuff you had when I was 12 I wouldnt have been bored"!!!
  • Afternoon all

Bonnie they do like to penalise the single traveller the one's I saw last night were at least a thousand pounds for a week

    Grass cut
    Some weeds decluttered
Litter picked from the shared access between mine and next doors houses (someone has started smoking down there and there are cigarette ends littered all the way to my back gate )
1 black sack of rubbish removed from the shed
Old paint tins put in the car to take to the dump

Shed is still a WIP but is slightly less full of carp, my Dad is coming next weekend to put a new roof of it. I have visions of a clutter free, watertight shed so need to make that a reality

Right off to attempt to crochet a granny square

    Have a lovely afternoon all

    Deco x

Dogs walked again, house quickly hoovered through. Think I need to clean the hoover as the suction wasn't as good as usual.

Tomorrow I am having a day out so will have to continue with my massive shopping list as the week progresses.

    Very productive day here :D

    Weekend plan:
Ironing - HH done, now I'm going to take a break
Repair DD's blazer pocket (its just the stitching hasn't caught properly when it was made so no big deal)
Stitch the belt loops on her other pants
    [STRIKE]S&S kitchen
    S&S bathroom
    Make beds
Slow cooker tea - beef stew[/STRIKE]
Put Mr A order through (I forgot last night!)
    [STRIKE] Email/surveys[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE] Source some info for people & send it to them[/STRIKE]
    DD's timetable
    Calender/planner synchronizing! :rotfl:

Everything else on the computer is on my computer not DD's which I'm cheekly using while she's out with ex. Will do those when she gets in. Time for a quick play on my farm then no doubt DD will be back :) I feel so much better today!! :j
