No, there aren't any of the undead in it. :D Don't forget it's made for American TV and not made by a cable channel, so the chances of anything really nasty are usually remote.

Very pleased for you all, mummyroysof3.
Hope your DDS2 has a better week next week, dancemum.
    Go for it, deco!

Very little achieved today apart from an enormous shop. I am preparing four platefuls of food for the church lunch party on Sunday to welcome our new vicar, and my fridge was almost completely empty. Mmm, baking tomorrow :D

Evening all. I'm back with my summary of this week's flying. The only room properly cleaned this week is the LR. In the bedroom, bed stripped/remade and my wardrobe sorted and one charity bag filled and gone. Apart from that, a bit of sewing and HHI, only the dailies have been done.

Must try harder next week...BUT in my challenge I have played the piano each evening and have progressed to the black keys.

    Weekend:
    Sat: Hoover through
    Post parcel & letter
    Go to baker
Start planning stores for the winter

    Sun: Meal out with DH

    Catch you all later.

Brilliant news! So pleased for you!

I'm here drinking tea and eating cake :o I've had to cut the corners off to slide the towers in, so I'm eating said corners. Oops. It's really nice though, I think my oven must be hot as the cake really benefitted from cooking under a piece of foil, its not dry at all and just golden on top. Even the corners aren't crusty :T

Cakes and towers all covered in icing, need to add piggy, cover joins, decorate and then stick the towers on. Then just need to do some little windows and a door!

DS enjoyed his afternoons at school. I told him he is having dinners there next week. He replied "I know, and Miss Grace (teacher) is sitting at my table!" Lol I think someone has a crush.

Only flying I've done is clean up after painting earlier and load DW after tea. We are very messy down here but I'll worry about that after the party.

Oh, another roof man came - of four quotes, three were between £6,500 and £7,200 and one was £10,400  guess which one I won't be using!!! The cheapest was a cheaper tile so I guess it would be more for the tile I want, and so its between the middle two. One uses timber frame and one uses aluminium frame. One has done my friends roof and she's v pleased, the other said I can go see one he's done nearby too.

Decisions decisions. I will talk to my stepdad about it and decide this weekend. He is a builder so should be able to help me sort through the details.

Enough of my rambling. I better start scratching around for pennies - when I've finished the second cake!!!
